Although an amount of millions in the name of investment has been carried out, no one really bothers to check about it. Worse we do not even like to talk about it. "Teaching, properly conceived, is not a delivery system. You know, you're not there just to pass on received information. Great teachers do that, but what great teachers also do is mentor, stimulate, provoke, engage. You see, in the end, education is about learning. If there's no learning going on, there's no education going on. And people can spend an awful lot of time discussing education without ever discussing learning. The whole point of education is to get people to learn." - SirKenRobinson

Water was supplied to the town of Manthali from this well dug near the Tama Koshi river. Also it can be seen that new roadways are being made on the other side of the river that leads to different villages. Along with the roadways, electrical lines are also being installed.
Whilst most national cellular phone coverages are available in those remote locations across the river, the places are void of other basic requirements such as health services and education.
Thus, pointing towards the possibilities of development using the mobile technology.
